Biography: Rabbi Eric Milgrim has been the spiritual leader of Temple B'nai Shalom since April, 1973. He was ordained from the Academy of Jewish Religion and attended Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion in both Cincinnati and New York. Rabbi Milgrim has dedicated himself to bringing a liberal understanding of Judaism to the East Brunswick area. He has served on the East Brunswick Clergy Council and is presently serving on the Ethics Committee, Youth Services Council, and Human Relations Commission in the Township. |  | |
Message From the Rabbi: Welcome. We are glad to have your interest and attention. Temple B'nai Shalom is a vivacious community which was founded in 1973. We are a member of the Union for Reform Judaism and are identified as a traditional Reform Congregation. Cantor Kenneth Gould |

 Cantor Kenneth Gould has joined our synagogue’s clergy team as the new Cantor, effective July 1, 2008. Cantor Gould was recently ordained from the Academy for Jewish Religion in Riverdale. Most recently, he worked with Cantor Andy Edison at Temple Sinai of Roslyn and gained experience at Central Synagogue in New York City. Prior to that he served as Cantor of Temple Judea in Massapequa and Temple Beth Shalom in Flushing, and was Hazzan Sheni at Temple Shalom in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Cantor Gould has a Bachelor of Music degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music and holds a Master of Music degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Cantor Gould can be reached via email at
