Adult B'nai Mitzvah:
An adult B'nai Mitzvah program is provided every other year. Members of the adult B'nai Mitzvah class study throughout the year, and the program culminates in a special Adult B'nai Mitzvah service. The next class will be offered in September, 2009.
Bible and Bagel:
Join us for Bible and Bagel with the Rabbi. These are lively discussions focused on a reading from the Tanakh. They are scheduled about once per month on a Sunday morning. Please see the Temple calendar for the schedule.
Shabbat Morning Torah Study:
Every Shabbat morning from 9 AM - 10 AM, a small group of us meet in the Temple library to study the week's parasha. We read the parasha before we meet, and share our thoughts and ideas from various commentaries. Our favorite websites for commentary are: www.myjewishlearning.com, www.aish.com, www.torah.org, www.urj.org/torah, and www.limud.org . All are welcome (even if you don't have time to read the parasha beforehand)! |
